Imagine self-isolating here? One lucky buyer will be after paying 8.6 million big ones for this beachfront trophy home with its own water slide in Sunrise Beach.
Perched on one of the largest absolute beachfront land parcels on the Sunshine Coast, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion was previously used as a holiday home by an interstate couple.
Selling agent Milan Markanovic refused to comment on the sale, which was short of the original $9.95 million asking price.
At the time of listing, Mr Markanovic said the property was generating a lot of “hype” and had rarely been used due to do the couple’s work commitments.
“There’s only a few houses in Sunrise Beach where you can walk down to the water,” he said.
“It’s the chance to be in Noosa, but without the hustle and bustle of it. It’s for someone who wants a private sanctuary.
Mr Markanovic last sold the home in 2017 for $7.6m.
The luxurious pad is complete with a resort-style pool, a waterslide, a manicured lawn area leading to the pool deck and built-in barbecue.
“It’s a very large home, designed around living and entertaining, internal and external floor area 729sq m, which is just about unheard of,” Mr Markanovic said.
Features include an ipad/iPhone controlled home automation system, a four car garage in the gated estate, a gymnasium and a fully-fenced lawn.
It also has a family spa-bathroom with sauna/steam room.
